Developing a list of target companies.
Research target companies to identify potential candidates.
Develop long-list of candidates to be targeted.
Approach target candidates to evaluate skills and aspirations against desired/required parameters.
Interview Candidates to complete screening process.
Develop short-list of 3-5 candidates and share with client along with profile and evaluation.
Coordinate final interviews with client.
Conduct reference check when appropriate.
Assist in offer negotiation.
Post hire follow-up.
