Solution: A comprehensive research exercise was conducted by a dedicated team of senior consultants with experience in industrial domain. We intensively mapped top 3 layers of target companies. Identified 50-60 top sales executives. A very strong pitch book was created to attract top performers from the industry. A shortlist of 5 top performers with matching cultural background was presented to the client within pre-defined timeline.

Outcome: A National Sales Head was successfully on boarded from top MNC and is exponentially growing business in India. The client was effectively able to put its expansion plant into action with a top performer spearheading the initiative in a short span of time.

Challenge: A global leader in access control solution wanted to start India growth trajectory and wanted to hire a National Sales Head for its Industrial vertical. As this was replacing an existing vertical leader the search had to be discreet.

60-70 top executives were assessed for the role across industry and a very strong pitch book was created to attract top performer from the industry.
